6. Recurring donations and cancellations
When you choose a monthly contribution, you authorize recurring charges for the stated amount until cancellation. To request cancellation or inquire about a charge, use the contact form and include enough information to identify the transaction without sending complete card details.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated individually based on the circumstances, status of funds and payment processor rules. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. If you notice an error or unrecognized charge, contact us as soon as possible.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s texts, graphic elements, visual identity and original materials belong to DiploHumanidad or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced, modified or commercially exploited without prior permission, except as allowed by law.
